A Maintenance package is offered to carry out internal audits
for our customers, using our highly skilled auditors. It is a specific requirement of
modern management system standards that regular quality system audits are carried out.
Audits provide one of the best means of measuring the status and effectiveness of your
management system and by analyzing the results, the need for improvement can be identified.
The audits are carried out as required by your own Internal Audit Schedule. The maintenance
package normally consists of one audit day per month depending on the size and complexity of the
organization.
As part of the maintenance package, the Management Review meeting is facilitated.
By using our services, the client receives useful, independent feedback on which to react and
correct existing deficiencies timely and to correct potential deficiencies before they occur.

Objectives of the maintenance package are
to ensure that:
- the system as implemented, remains
effective and in place,
- the system for Internal Audits as
required by the standard is maintained,
- to verify that the management policies
and objectives are being met and that the need for improvement is
considered.
