An ISO 9000 Maintenance package is offered to carry out internal quality audits for our customers, using our highly skilled auditors.  It is a specific requirement of the ISO 9001:2000 standard that regular quality system audits are carried out.

Audits provide one of the best means of measuring the status and effectiveness of your QMS and by analyzing the results and identify the need for improvement.

The audits are carried out as required by your own Internal Audit Schedule. This maintenance package normally consists of one audit day per month depending on the size and complexity of the organization.  During each audit, the systems for Control of Non-conforming Product, Corrective Action and Prevention are reviewed to ensure its effectiveness.

Objectives of the maintenance package are to ensure that:

• the system as implemented, remains effective and in place,
• the system for Internal Audits as required by the standard is maintained,
• to verify that the management policies and objectives are being met and that the need for improvement is considered.

Facilitation of the Management Review meeting.
Information gathered during the quality audits is discussed at a formal Management Review meeting, normally once or twice per year to ensure that the system is effective in meeting stated objectives. Management is provided with appropriate guidance during this meeting.

By using our services, the client receives useful, independent feedback on which to react and correct existing deficiencies timely and to correct potential deficiencies before they occur.
